Sherlock, the cheeky, lovable Spaniel with a heart of gold! Sherlock is around 1 year old and came into rescue alongside his brother Spanner and two others. Sadly, they arrived severely underweight and completely lacking in confidence. But with lots of love and patience in his foster home, Sherlock has made incredible progress and he’s blossoming into a sweet, funny, and loyal companion.

He’s a fast learner who thrives on praise and is eager to please. While he’ll benefit from continued training in his forever home, he’s already showing just how clever and responsive he can be.

Sherlock is currently living happily with other dogs and young children (toddlers included!) in his foster home. He’s proven to be gentle and affectionate with them all. He hasn’t been tested with cats, so a feline-free home would be best.

Due to his past, Sherlock can still be a little shy with new people but give him a bit of time and a gentle approach, and he’ll soon be your best friend. Once he trusts you, he’s the ultimate cuddle buddy who’ll never want to leave your side.
